Tough workout today...only means one thing,
I have to keep doing it until it gets easy! No excuses. I am a work in progress just like you so if I could do it, what's your excuse?
Circuit: plank knee tuck and jumping jack variation = max, pull-ups = 6 - 10, push-ups = 15 - 30, dead lift and press combo = 6 - 10.
