Sometimes people ask me "Why so few people reach high levels in the systems network marketing?" The truth is that high levels of network systems marketing are available to all - unlike traditional corporate systems allow only one person to reach the highest position. The reason why most do not reach the top is simply because they quit too soon. So Why give up before reaching the summit? Most people enter just to make money.
If you do not make money in the first months or years, become disillusioned and leave (and generally speaking pests industry). Others leave to find another company with a better compensation plan, but enter this business to make a few quick weight is not a good reason.

The two main reasons for entering into a business network marketing or network marketing.

The first reason it is to help you. The second reason is to help others. If you enter only one of these two reasons, then the system will not work for you.

The first reason means you are in business primarily to change quadrants - to change the quadrant E (Employee) or S (Auto -employee) quadrant B (Business owner) or I (Investor)

This change is normally very difficult for most people - because of money. People quadrants 'E' or 'S' really will not work if not for the money. This is also the reason why people fail to reach the summit: They want more fervently money than they want to change quadrants.

A person quadrants 'B' or 'I' also work for money, but very differently. The quadrant person 'B' works to build or create an asset -. In this case a business system, the quadrant person 'I' invests in an asset or system B to generate more money

A 'B 'or' I ', sometimes not paid for years and this; for a person who is truly immersed in the quadrants 'E' or 'S' is unacceptable, it is not part of its core values. Risk and delayed gratification the disturbed emotionally.

Delayed Gratification and Emotional Intelligence.

One of the beauties of network marketing is that it focuses on developing emotional intelligence as well as Business Skills and Financial Intelligence.

Emotional intelligence is a very different matter from academic intelligence. In general, a person with high emotional intelligence will do better than another with high academic intelligence but low emotional intelligence. This partly explains why some people do well in school but not so well in real life.

The ability to delay gratification is a sign of greater emotional intelligence. In a recent study of emotional intelligence, it was found that people able to defer gratification often led more successful than those who did life.

Hence the importance of the training system inherent in a good opportunity within network marketing. The aspect I find most valuable for people is the emotional education or development of emotional intelligence.

Many people write me saying they loved my book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, but I fear that many have not understood the point most important book. "the rich do not work for money" Lesson # 1,

once you 've created or bought an asset, that asset works hard to earn money for me. But I will not work for money - I will work to build or buy assets. Those assets make me richer and richer, while becoming less work. That's what the rich. The poor and middle class work hard for money, but then buy liabilities instead of investing in assets.

What kind of asset is the Business Network Marketing?

Remember, there are two reasons to be successful in network marketing: for help yourself and to help others. The first reason means helping to change the side 'B' quadrant. What's the second reason?

The beauty of most systems network marketing is that really you do not make much money unless you help others to leave the quadrants' E 'and' S 'and succeed in quadrants' B' and 'I '. If you focus on helping others make this change, then you will succeed in this business.

If you just want to learn to be a person of the quadrants 'B' and 'I', then a true system of network marketing is not going to work for you. Well you can go to a traditional business school that focus to become a quadrant person 'B'.

The beauty of a business network marketing is that your goal is to create assets, which are other 'B's working under you - and your job is to create other 'B's working under them. In the traditional business, the approach is that the 'B' are pure 'E's and' S's working for them.

The type of business I learned to do is a business in which I am at the top and 'E's and' S's in base. The truth is that there is no room at the top for many other 'B's, is why in my businesses strongly encourage my employees to look at network marketing as an alternative to make their own business part - time.

The traditional system Corporate is really a pyramid, as there are a few 'B's and' I's near the summit and many more 'E's and' s's at the base. A network marketing system is an inverted pyramid: its primary focus is to bring more and more 'B's to the top. One type of pyramid, the traditional, is based on earth, the other is based on the air, this is a pyramid that pulls you up instead of pushing down. A business network marketing (or network marketing) gives you access to the whole world to what used to be a domain only for the rich.

Hello My Beloved People All Around The Wold!!  I Am Back!!

It has been two months since my last blog post.  Life has been hectic and a definite roller coaster.  We all experience ups and downs and our current day situations sometimes determine how we feel.  We are humans and we are run by emotions, they lift us up and bring us down just the same.  The key, I have come to realize over the last two months, is to acheive personal growth and progress every single day no matter how small that progress might seem.  Life is not a race, it is an accumulation of experiences, actions, reactions, observations, and emotions that make us who we are and drive us to who we want to be.  Who am I and who do I want to be?  I ask myself this everyday.  How far from my goal am I and what am I doing on a daily basis, every chance I get, to reach my goal.  Lets face it, we all are expert time wasters.  Technology, although has increaded our productivity professionally, has decreased our productivity personally.  We have become so preoccupied with nonsense that it seems like we could never get things done, there are just not enough hours in the day or days in the week.  If we take a moment and note every pause and break we take to use our technology unproductively, the time we waste and never get back, is amazing.  What could you have done with all this wasted time?  Excersied, called a long time friend or family member which you haven't talked to in a while.  Take the time out to spent quality time with your loved ones, prepare healthier meals instead of just throwing something together that is of poor nutritional quality, study and learn about useful everday things, etc, etc, etc...   The key is to focus and grow every single day.  Multi tasking is unproductive,  Make your to do lists of priorities but do one thing at a time and do it to the best of your ability.  Do something right the first time and you won't have to do it again!  My purpose and main objective when I created my blog was to share my experiences with the world.  Nothing dramatic or exagerated, just my personal life and experiences.  As I write, I learn oabout myself and my actions and reactions to everyday occurances that I experience.  The goal is that you can relate what I expereince and we can start a conversation.  Develope a relationship and build trust.  Know that we have friends around the world who share a vision and purpose.  I have struggled financially all my life, it has not been easy.  My blessed wife has stuck with me through good time and bad, although it seems like financially there have never really been good times.  Now in 2016, as my kids are older and the realization that the expences of teenagers are real is that we have really begun to struggle like never before.  I have two jobs and so does my wife.  My daughter is working a part time while she attends high school because we can't afford to provide the things we so wish we could provide for her.  It is sad, it is totaly our fault for managing money so poorly over the years and not had a budget or put our foot down and said no when we couldn't afford things.  I wish credit cards never had entered my hands.  The sad reason is that they did, we didn't put our foot down, and we over spent year after year.   They never really teach you about money management in schools and we were just winging it.  As you get older and gain experiences through mistakes, you get wiser.  Were all the hard lessons learned in vein....no.  It is part of growing through your experiences.  Always know that there is a greater purpose for every experience in your life, even if you don't understand it at the time of the storm.  Six months ago, for any of you who have follwed me in prior posts, I got involved in Network Marketing.  I mainly did it out of desperation because I am sick and tired of working two jobs and not spending time with family and still having no money to enjoy life.  So I said heck, I need to try something different because what I have been doing has not worked.  This is part of personal growth, recognizing your mistakes!!  I must tell you that the experience has been life changing.  I have been through a roller coaster of emotions and situations at hyper speed and they have all been for the better.  6 months into the game, although you will probably laugh, I am happy to say I have earned $174 in residual pay.  HAHAHAHA!!  Yeah I know laugh.  But it is the most amazing money I have ever learn because it has been by applying my personal efforts towards a set goal, which is financial freedom.  The $174 to me is priceless because I have proven to myself that I have the potential to do it.  Now, I realize I haven't been serious enough and I need to get serious. I have earned that by only dedicating about 40 cumulative hours in the 6 months I have been in Network Marketing.  Just imagine what I can do if I really get my hands dirty and get serious about my goals.  This is about getting intentional and deciding that you WILL do something to reach your goals.  I have learned tremendously from my mentor and coleagues and have spent endless hours watching videos of people who have done it and their heard experiences along the way.  So basically, just as a student I have earned that money.  Now I am starting the 2nd phase which is to get more intentional and do the leg work, and from this leg work, grow professionally and sharpen my skills.  To anyone out there who has ever felt that they are not growing personally, professionally, or accomplishing anything in life.  If for that reason only, get into Network Marketing.  Your eyes will open, your mind will explode with possibilities, and your drive will go through the roof.  You will learn about yourself, about others, about business, and your change will be noticed by everyone around you.  Your change will be questioned, will be contagious, and will be magnetic all at once.  It is so empowering and uplifting that I truly invite you all to try it.  The benefits will far more out weigh the cons. You will learn to deal with rejection, with logical and not so logical thinking, how to get through to people with action and communication.  You will pay the emotional price for true freedom I promise, but in the end it will all be so worth it.

Network Marketing allows you to easily duplicate your efforts into others so that they multiply you and in turn this creates a money generating system that works 24x7 for you with the efforts of others and not of your own.  Money is really working for you and that is beautiful.  Something you can't ever get at a regular job.  Best of all is that you start this while you are at your regular job, in your spare time after work or on weekends.  The operating costs are extremely low and at some point pay themselves but the cash never stops flowing.  Ofcourse, I am telling you this because this is what I have learned and seen from those who are in this industry and have done it.  Those are the results I want for me and for you.  I just need a team of people, with leadership abilities and drive, who are willing to take a chance on themselves like I did.  Willing to share this experience with others and whether it be from desperation, like me, or because they want to create a legacy, which is also like me by the way, the attitude is, I have nothing to lose but much to gain.
