Simple Health and Fitness

To lose weight, you need a balanced diet. Don't calorie count. Consume at a minimum one gram of protein per pound of lean body weight. (Go to your doctor to get your lean body weight so you know where to start). Next, eat one to one and a half grams of carbohydrates (The good ones) per pound of body weight. For a list of good carbohydrates, Google slow burning carbohydrates and or negative carbohydrates. For a list of good proteins, Google lean or healthy proteins. Next, exercise 3 to 4 times a week. For a display of great exercises you can do, search YouTube for home workouts or crossfit at home videos. Finally, you need great supportive supplementation like vitamins, minerals, and immune system boosters to assist you in getting when what your eating isn't providing them. Calories and fats will take care of themselves when you are eating correctly. Everything has calories and almost everything has fat. If you are following the guidelines provided above, your source of calories and fats should be good ones. Don't make eating right and dieting a hassle, keep it simple and you will stick to it and make it a way of life. This should not be some sort of fad, this needs to be a lifestyle where on a daily basis your are consttntly aware and making the right decisions on your nutrituional consumption. They key word is nutrition. Just because you can eat it doesn't mean it is nutritious. Food can do lots of harm to your body and immune system so be aware of the dangers. Stay healthy my firends!
