Ladies its time to get to work!

Here are 33 fat melting, muscle toning exercises. Tone your legs, arms, shoulders, back, chest, abs, and core. Do 3-4 times a week with 30-60 seconds of rest in between sets. 3-20 pound dumbbells and a universal resistance band are needed.
